Like many others, I’m spending a fair amount of time on Zoom this year. This afternoon was an encouraging couple of hours in a meeting, but I find it much harder to concentrate in Zoom meetings than in flesh and blood ones. So to keep myself from major distraction I have a new blanket project. The kit was a gift from our friend Dreamer and has been very useful for meetings over this latest lockdown.
How do you concentrate on Zoom?
Such great Spring colours
Temperature blanket being created here. Loving it!
Most of my zooms are for giving piano lessons, so concentration is less of an issue. But I have a couple of ‘mindfulness’ knitting and crochet projects for zoom meetings, including church.
Do you suppose it will be ok to bring our knitting to church when we start going again?
I’d love to crochet in church but I think that other people might find it distracting! Since Covid we’ve not had our Sunday school running so we have tables in church in front of many of the chairs, with activity sheets available. So I often colour in to help my concentration now, even though I’m not *strictly* Sunday school age.
