Whilst searching for the YouTube link to the Daily Mail song for a friend I came across a new clip by Dan & Dan, entitled Dan/Dan Coalition. Cheer up your Monday morning by watching.
I think I’m Home Secretary in the Vicarage (definitely i/c loo rolls), but thankfully not Chancellor (although responsible for the tax returns…).
I get all the stuff out for the tax returns, but only fill in my one, not the vicar’s. Of course this one can’t be done before finding and filling in the heat/light /cleaning one for clergy. I get out all the information for that too – utility bills, barclaycard statements etc.
Being a vicar’s wife is a full time occupation – I’m amazed that some clergy spouses manage to fit in a full time paid job as well!
Hi Chris. The Vicar has a horror of forms – he’s dyslexic so they make him go all fuzzy. So form-filling falls to me, although he manages the filing…
Filing is another area where no one seems to take responsibilty. I would deal with it straight away or bin it….which is what I do with stuff I deem “mine”. Church stuff on the other hand gets piled and then sorted into action/ponder/filing trays..and then a lot of time passes…..
