Yumm! Sounds tasty! Must try it on uncle engineer here…might have same reaction as the “engineer”… would paprika work as well?

Paprika would be a bit boring. Curry powder has a lot more flavours in it. If you use mild and go easy, it won’t be spicy, just flavoursome. You can just add a bit, taste and continue to add until you get what you like.
