The ingredients
You only need three ingredients, plus your cauli:
Creme fraiche (don’t be fooled by the yoghurt-looking pot) – mine was super-healthy low fat and tastes just as good at the artery-hardening version
Mayonnaise – again I used the the super-low version here
curry powder (mine’s not really Asda, it’s a Madras mix from the Indian supermarket which is on my way home from school).
